Thanks for fellow owner, Short Bus, for sending out the congratuations, it's been a great ride. It's funny, winning is a great feeling but you remember the losses more, especially in those years when you're teams ridiculous (Team Kitty '04, Ron Jeremy '07, BINGO '11) but goes soft at the worst time, or when you get knocked off but continue to lead the league in scoring during the playoffs. I wish you all a great new year and a great 2012!

The 2012 PAFFL Rookie selection order is now set. In what many NFL draft experts have been calling a fertile one, particularly for franchise quarterbacks, featured backs and difference maker receivers. There's special talent at the top and plenty of eventual pro bowlers in the early rounds, all which provide the NFL with an infusion of talent.

Below are the final power rankings thru the regular season. Note that the top 5 teams were from the NFC conference, and 7 of the top 9. The trend for great disparity in divisions and conferences continues, two years removed from the AFC North being dominant (and AFC South remaining the dormat of the PAFFL), the shift has been to the NFC West (top 3 teams and all four in the top 9) with the NFC East nudging in for the second best division by power rankings for the season. So here's my proposal to improve the paffl, ensure natural & new rivalries and eliminate the biggest source of argument and disagreement the league has ever endured. As I mentioned in the previous post regarding league regression, the paffl has lost some of its uniqueness and certainly allure due to this issue. I'm tired of the bickering (which painfully people associate with me but if you look at email archives was only mediated by me, I was not the instigator).

It took me a couple of weeks to put this together but hopefully you'll all enjoy this as I took it to another level.
