All NFL teams have started camp (or will have by the end of today), with most NFL rosters nearly final (sans injury replacements), its time to look at the top rookies for the dynasty/keeper, deep league of the PAFFL. Remember these are NOT necessarily the rookies who will put up the best numbers in 2010 but over the next two to four years will be the most valuable. Also the $ amount refers to a 16 team league with $500 yearly salary cap with the projected selecting PAFFL team.

Ok, NFL free agency is only two days in but with a flurry of trades & signings, some of the question marks heading into the '09 season are being answered. A few of the most fantasy relevant moves have been Minnesota & Kansas City locking up their starting QB's for '09 with Sage Rosenfels (in trade with Houston) and Matt Cassel (in trade with New England) respectively. Denver signing RB's Correll Buckhalter & J.J. Arrington also change the balance of power at back.
