One of the longest running, most active franchises in the PAFFL is in the middle of a personality transition, they've brought on new leadership the past few years which has driven changes that on paper typically feel good but haven't paid the type of long-term dividends they hope yet.

Team Kitty looks like a basement dweller squad in '13 but I would never call them out of it thanks to one of the most active ownership groups that is hell bent on assembling the best lineup week in and out, and can be expected to make several moves that potentially changes the overall look/feel of the lineup by opening day. The strength of the roster is in it's depth at RB & TE, and having several nice "assets' like Marcus Lattimore, Jordan Cameron among others to make bigger moves to either play for this year or next.
There's a difference of opinion at the senior levels of the organization though that are starting to show themselves in the roster construction (partial playing for now selections like MJD & SJax vs. clearly future selections such as Lattimore), so they need to work out strategy/plan to ensure they return to their run of jankster up contention.
