With only two weeks left (and the little remaining in week 11), I thought it would be interesting to lay out the playoff scenarios in a jumbled group where nearly every team is still alive and the next two weeks are critical.
I will break this into conferences. The AFC picture is a bit more straight forward.
AFC
- South Whore is leading in week 11 and holds a half game lead for top record & a division title, they have also secured a playoff spot (8-3).
- Short Bus is leading in week 11 and will secure at least a wild card spot with a victory this week due to their earlier tie (7-3-1). They still play South Whore which will be for top conference record & division title.
- Isotopes (7-4) would lock up their division and a playoff spot with a victory over Ron Jeremy (5-6) thanks to their season sweep. They are up 10 with RJFC still having their K left on MNF.
- Ron Jeremy (5-6, assuming they lose), will still be in the driver's seat for the final playoff spot due to an earlier victory over FI
- Fightin' Irie (5-6) controls its own destiny but must beat Ron Jeremy when they play in the next couple of weeks.
- The Jack Trippers & Naughty Thoughts (both at 4-7) are still in it but need Ron Jeremy & FI to lose their remaining games not against each other & they need to win out to have a shot.
- Team Kitty is out of the playoff picture (2-9) and prepping his squad for the Playoff Lottery Tourney
NFC
- East Bay Funk (10-1) has secured the division title & top conference record.
- Salem Beavercats (7-4) has locked up a playoff spot
- Pomona Stoned Hens & Los Frijoles Pintos are playing each other (both entered week 11 at 5-5), the winner takes the crucial division & playoff spot lead.
- IMT (5-6) has important tiebreakers vs. Pomona & LFP but their squad is looking vulnerable after back to back blowout losses.
- En Fuego (4-6-1) is the most interesting team as they're hot and could still qualify for the playoffs by winning out AND having IMT lose at least one of its final two.
- Firkin Crawlers (4-7) needs to win out and get help, specifically an En Fuego loss, IMT losing both of its remaining games and the Pomona/LFP loser losing at least one of its final two.
- BINGO (4-7) still has a shot, like Firkin, but needs lots of help and to win out.
Summary - the only team out of playoff contention thru 11 weeks is Team Kitty, so there are plenty of meaningful games left over the next two weeks. Good luck to everybody, it'll be a fun finish.
Update:
I corrected the mistake on a couple of the scenarios and made adjustments to games that finished for week 11.
There are two key division battles that will be decided tomorrow (Pomona vs. LFP & Isotopes vs. RJFC) that will go a long way to determining the division champs in the NFC East & AFC South.
FALSE: * South Whore is leading in week 11 and will take a 1+ game lead for top record & a division title, they have also secured a playoff spot (8-3)
They're up by a half game.

FALSE: En Fuego (4-6-1, assuming they'll win a tight one against Firkin) is the most interesting team as they're hot and could still qualify for the playoffs by winning out, having IMT lose at least one of its final two, and LFP/Pomona loser go winless to end the season.
Neither LFP nor Pomona have to lose the rest of their games for En Fuego to make the playoffs.
If En Fuego go 2-0 and IMT loses 1 game, En Fuego gets the 4 seed.

Otherwise, good write up. Should be an interesting last 2 weeks.

Predictions:
Ron Jeremy misses the playoffs.
AND
It's VIC vs. Short Bus for the Cup... and M. Lynch has a 4 TD day to win it for the Short Bus.

Dick Jauron and his O-coordinator should be fired for that horrendous play calling down the stretch!!!
