NFL.com's Michael Fabiano published his list of the top surprises or fantasy values for 2007, or as he called it his 'Not so dirty dozen'. Players who could surprise include Oakland Raiders WR Jerry Porter and QB Jake Delhomme.
- RB Julius Jones - Dallas - he's falling behind Marion Barber in fantasy drafts but has been the more heavily used back over the past 3 seasons.
- QB Jake Delhomme - Carolina - New coaching staff will focus on balance which means Delhomme could return to his 24+ TD mark of '04-'05
- WR Jerry Porter - Oakland - 1 catch for 19 yards for the perennially talented WR
- QB Donovan McNabb - Philadelphia - The #2 fantasy QB per start over the past 3 seasons
- RB Chris Brown - Tennessee - talented back who has been lost due to a tough 2006 but he's in a good spot to explode in 2007
- RB Tatum Bell - Detroit - The lions need a feature back until Kevin Jones can come back, Bell could be the long-term answer as well...
- RB Edgerrin James - Arizona - new coaching staff wants to run the ball 500+ times, meaning James' numbers could reach his early career figures
- TE Randy McMichael - St. Louis - always a very good receiver who has a fresh start in St. Louis
- RB Fred Taylor - Jacksonville - Taylor is more likely to disappoint but he's on NFL.com's list
- TE Marcus Pollard - Seattle - Holmgren & Matt Hasselbeck finally have a talented receiver at TE, Pollard could reach career highs
- QB Ben Roethlisberger - Pittsburgh - New coaching staff likes to spread the field and will attempt to improve their offense.
- WR Joe Horn - Atlanta - always underrated in NO, Horn brings a professional, consistent All-Pro receiver to the mix.
They should have just called this the Ron Jeremy topper list!
