The biggest loser in early NFL free agency period is Tamba Bay Buccanneers QB Bruce Gradkowski who went from #2 to #4 on the depth chart. SI's Don Banks writes about this in an article where he states that Tamba Bay's QB stockpile makes 'no sense'. Lost in all this, and likely to be forgotten this offseason, is Gradkowski's 2006 season where he showed some ability while filling in on a one dimensional offense.
